Guilt pleas from the Oct. 19 session of Seneca Municipal Court: 

• Kyle Buening, of Neosho, was charged for expired tags and fined $151.50.

• Scott Lee Buris, of Neosho, was charged for failing to produce a license on demand and fined $236.50.

• Kevin Dale Coble, of Goodman, was charged for failing to produce license on demand and fined $100.

• Patricia A. Duncan, of Seneca, was charged for open container and fined $191.50.

• David William Edwards Jr., of Neosho, was charged for failing to produce license on demand and failing to keep right. He was fined $300.

• Eddie Fisher, of Seneca, was charged for FTA warrant for deceptive equipment and FTA warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $400.

• Shirley Ladawn Gillian, of Seneca, was charged for failure to produce license on demand and fined $100.

• Allen Ray Gregg, of Neosho, was charged for failing to produce license on demand and failing to register motor vehicle. Gregg was fined $291.50.

• Jessica Marie Haibon, of Anderson, was charged for no insurance and fined $196.50.

• Alexander Joe Moore, of Seneca, was charged for driving while suspended/revoked and not having insurance. Moore was fined $773.

• Christopher L. Potts, of Neosho, was charged for driving while suspended/revoked, no insurance, and failing to register motor vehicle. Potts was fined $544.50.

• Rickie Lee Sanders, of Granby, was charged for driving while suspended/revoked and hazardous driving. Sanders was fined $743.

• Aaron Keith Starchman, of Neosho, was charged for failing to produce license on demand and fined $100.

• James Austin Tush, of Seneca, was charged for open container and fined $191.50.

• Lenny Dee Tush, of Seneca, was charged for obstructing police, open container, no valid drivers license, and no insurance. Tush was fined $1,146.

• Shilo Joel Vermillion, of Seneca, was charged for driving while suspended/revoked and resisting arrest. Vermillion was fined $1,082.
